Mike Schreiner has led the Green Party of Ontario since 2009. In 2018, he became the first Green MPP elected in Ontario, winning the riding of Guelph. He was re-elected in 2022 and again in 2025. The Greens now hold two seats in the legislature, their strongest representation ever.
